How could a newly bought pedal failed to activate.The answer is MXR didn't QC this.I guess it another case of sleeping at work from MXR.This shouldn't have happened in the first place.I fully advise anyone that have intention to buy any MXR pedal to test it thoroughly prior purchasing.Its going to cost you shipping time and money if you want to send it back for a check.
