Izzi is really fortunate to have someone like you to follow through on the ideas he has in his head. Perhaps he intends to play through 2 amps. Sounds interesting.

Yup,cikgu he has 2 bass amps.which is very rare for typical bass player.

Gosh, he is indeed the kind of bass player that one rarely finds. Perhaps he's bi-amping the highs and lows. I wonder how he handles the mids. Thanks for the info, sifu.

my bass amp carries the mids and bass but i cut the treble and replace it with a bit of gain..and i prefer bi-amping with a guitar amp with a bass amp. so it practically sounds like a guitar with bass right behind it..which is like blasphemy to a typical bassist..fortunately i have one switch where i can turn it back to stereo instead of mono so i have this option of playing with both options individually.
i hear this idea is even better on guitar because if you bi amp it, and apply some pinch harmonics, u get something like 2 guitars doing it simultaneously. my idea works great for a 3 piece band setting. but its not as easy as it looks to work due to the wiring..but i have to admit, its some fine work from Yustech and i hope to see more of this crazy stuff coming out on his blog soon
thanks for the comments :)

Eze, you're most welcome, and thanks for the detailed explanation. You certainly have an innovative setup. I'm sure it's more versatile than simply bi-amping thru 2 bass amps. Musicians should be open to new ideas, especially if these ideas give them more flexibility and tones to experiment with. I'm with you concerning Yustech. He is da man :)
